Our team
Stephan Marchal, founder of Himalayan Ecotourism, has been working with the local communities in India for about 20 years. A cooperative of 65 members, established by the natives of the Tirthan Valley and Stephan, organizes the treks in the GHNP area. HET has partnered with multiple local organizations to provide you with a surreal time in the mountains.

Our social enterprise model works on uplifting the families through women empowerment, education programmes and reforestation drives.
